Covid-19: Support
None of us know what COVID-19 will bring to our community. Walking forward into the unknown can be a terrifying experience, but that is where we find ourselves.
What we do know is that if we help and support each other we will all be better off. Working together we will be stronger. This is an opportunity to bring the best forward in our community.
Volunteering can be as simple as bringing dinner to nurses that have just worked a 16 hour shift, or walking the dog of a senior that can't get out themselves.
If you are willing and able to help out, please click the Volunteer button below and fill in the form. If you need help, please click the I Need Help button and fill in that form. If you think you may need help with regular meals, please click on the Meal Support button and fill in that form. Your information will be kept confidential.
We will do our best to match what volunteers may offer to the needs of those that make requests. We will also make volunteer information available to community agencies should they be in need.
This is a way that we can maintain the physical distance we are required to keep, while coming together as a community. Let's show those who may end up on the front lines that we will be there to support them should the need arise.
