Wellness APRIL IS CANCER AWARENESS MONTH Our monthly health information board provides information about simple lifestyle changes that help prevent cancer, warning signs of cancer, and resources for support when dealing with cancer. You can help prevent cancer by making healthy life choices like quitting smoking, reducing your alcohol consumption, and eating lots of fruits and vegetables. One of the best ways to beat cancer is to detect it early. There are many simple cancer screening tests available at the clinic — please call to make an appointment today. COMMUNITY WELLNESS CLINICS You can see a nurse for a check-up any time an appointment is available! Anyone can come in for a full health assessment at any time. We can make sure you are up-to-date on routine tests and refer you to the local visiting doctors to address any concerns that arise. Let us know how we can help you meet your health goals. The nursing station can be reached at 634-4444 Daffodil Campaign! We haven’t done our final tally yet, but I think we’ll have net proceeds at around $26,000 this year.
